~ For Direct Deposit have your routing and account numbers available
~ If you received healthcare through the Marketplace You must send your 1095A
~For Business Clients have all of the above as well as:
~ Business EIN (if you have one)
~ Business Card or proof of Business ~ All Income and Expenses itemized (If you need accounting services we offer accounting services for an additional fee)
